  • Satisfying ratio between Alpha-Linolenic Acid and Linolenic Acid.
  • 25.3% of vitamin E, 10.3% of vitamin K, 0.1% of vitamin A.

Hemp Seed Oil (14g = 1 table spoon):

  • Low glycemic index and low glycemic load.
  • Wonderful ratio between Alpha-Linolenic acid and Linolenic Acid.
  • 9.8% of Vitamin E.
